2. Archaic.
a. having an opinion.
b. fanciful; whimsical.
3. intelligent; clever.
It doesn’t really seem like that bad of a thing, by definition, to be conceited. Being confident is a good thing. Conceited shouldn’t be grouped with words like “arrogant” and “vain”....
